Based in Vancouver, B.C., CK Golf Solutions Ltd. (visit www.ckgolfsolutions.ca for more information) is a golf consulting and management company with contracts for golf sales, operations and management for various golf related clients in B.C. and Alberta.  We are seeking the services of a full time (possibly year round) Golf Professional to join our company.  Most of the summer season will be spent in Tumbler Ridge, B.C. as part of the senior management team overseeing the various operations of this full service 9 hole golf course, which includes a pub style restaurant and full practice facilities.  Other time you will work out of your home office in Vancouver, B.C., with duties including sales and business development for other clients of CK Golf Solutions Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Day to day operations of a busy 9-hole golf facility, including food and beverage, golf shop and instruction to all levels of players.
• Daily cash reconciliation, opening and closing duties for the Golf Club.
• Ensuring the fiscally responsible management of the golf course and that all targets for revenue are met or exceeded.
• Ensuring that the Club goals for customer satisfaction, employee team work, reporting requirements and financial performance are achieved at all times.

 Additional responsibilities will include:

·         Building sales lists and understanding all of our client’s objectives.

·         Meeting financial sales targets for our company and our clients.

·         Developing new business and new revenue opportunities for our company.

The successful candidate must:

• Be self-motivated and have a high degree of inter-personal skills.
• Have the ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff.
• Have exceptional financial management skills, communication skills and related experience.
• Demonstrate conduct beyond reproach and be able to work with little supervision.
